U.S.-headquartered companies, with a particular focus on the southeast, mid-Atlantic and Texas.
Typically seeking targets with:
- Up to $30 million in revenue
- Up to $3 million in EBITDA
- Wholesale manufacturing focus or institutional / commercial customer base
Transaction Types
We are flexible investors. IAP can structure transactions in a variety of manners to achieve the desired outcomes of each individual deal. In general, our goal is to maintain low financial leverage, keeping borrowing capacity to fund the working capital needs of growing businesses. Our typical transactions may take the form of:
